Tyler Skaggs (2010) has been selected to be the starting pitcher for the U.S. team at the 13th annual XM All-Star Futures Game that will start tonight at Arizona’s Chase Field at 5 p.m. CST. Skaggs went 8-4 with a 3.61 ERA while striking out 82 in 82 1/3 innings of work prior to being traded to the Arizona Diamondbacks as part of the Dan Haren deal.
