Aaron Guiel hit .246 with 35 HR and 128 RBI during his five year MLB career playing for the Royals and Yankees.
In 1994, Aaron Guiel hit .269 with 18 HR, 30 doubles and 82 RBI in 127 games as the Kernels finished 77-62 under manager Tom Lawless. Guiel and the Kernels defeated Springfield in two straight games in the opening round and then topped Rockford taking three of four games to win the 1994 Midwest League Championship.
